A three-day purification regimen is a short, focused period where you strictly control what you consume to give your body a chance to heal, rejuvenate, and reboot. While you may experience occasional tiredness or drop in energy levels, these moments pass quickly and surges of energy and mental clarity become increasingly prevalent as we approach the 3rd day. Most participants are reassured that they can carry the normal load of everyday activities and even have extra endurance while doing physical activities. 

The multitude of benefits involve:

Releasing toxins that we accumulate from

-processed foods

-eating late at night

-having high cortisol levels dues to stress

-being sleep deprived

-chemicals in our environment (air fresheners, cleaning products, cosmetic products)

-heavy metal residues (from the air we breathe and water we drink)

 

Fortunately, our bodies are prepared to filter out and eliminate all of these toxins that deposit in our organs and fatty tissue, if only we give it space and time to do so. A three-day purification is a targeted, pragmatic, short-term intervention to allows us to do just this.

 

The key concept behind this detox regimen is to provide your body with the necessary nutrients while avoiding food and substances that can contribute to toxic buildup. 

 

The concept of a mono-diet is key in simplifying the digestive system’s job: integrating the same, nutrient rich but simple-to-digest foods for three days leave our organs time to rest, regenerate and undergo a natural healing process. 

This can only be done when we stop overloading and clogging up our bodies with all the stuff we consume daily.

Details 
I offer two cleansing options, depending on your preference:
* Kitchary Monodiet Cleanse:

Using the grocery list and recipe I send you, you prepare this delicious, Ayurvedic dish that's rich in protein and fiber, as well as detoxifying spices. 

The miso broth is a great addition to the diet to hydrate and warm us up from the inside. Its a beverage that is rich is electrolytes (mineral salts) and is probiotic. 

The kitchary and miso broth are all we consume for three days, along with lots of water and herbal tea to stay hydrated and keep flushing out toxins.

 
* Liquid Cleanse:

The other option is to do a liquid fast that consists of home-made, fresh vegetable and fruit juices and miso broth, for those who are ready dive into something perhaps more challenging. This requires a juicer at home.

I send you recipes for specific combinations of vegetables and fruits for different parts of the day to better support your energy level. 

The miso broth is our go-to to warm up that is especially approprier for us in this season.

Program:

* the detox is preceded by 3 days of preparation which is relatively easy, we eliminate certain food groups that hinder the detox process, so that out bodies can go deep during the actual detox

* The detox is followed by 3 days of progressive diet diversification, which is more of a stage of discovery and pleasure. Taking this step slowly is as important as the detox itself!

 

Group schedule:

* Before the detox: a live exchange on zoom in a group so that I talk about different aspects of the cleansing process - duration: 1 hour. The time and date will be determined by the group, in any case before the first day of detox..

* Group meeting to share experiences and support. A 15-30 minute group zoom call for 3 days of detox and the day after detox.

 

Sofia guides the group you through the cleanse: 

-9 days of support to lead you into and out of the detox 

-1 hour live zoom meeting before the cleanse to prepare for this deep transformation and ask questions

-being present with daily Zoom calls during the three days of the cleanse

-coaching you in rediversifying your diet after the purification

You will receive:

* your grocery list

* recipe for kitchari or juices to prepare at home

* links to practice lymphatic activation practices through movement, stretching and massage to support the body in continually ridding itself of toxic residue

* a meditation mp4 for each of the three days of the detox - probably our greatest source of centering in life and during the detox.

More about Sofia

I have been doing Detox Coaching for seven years. Having flourished on raw foods for many years, followed by a period of being vegan, then vegetarian and again an omnivore, I am keenly aware of my body's needs and relationship to vital force provided by all that Mother Earth offers us. Having studied with nutritional experts in the fields of Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and post-modern biohack-rich science, I am an ardent and ethusiastic proponent of cleansing, fasting and mono-diets at opportune moments and find Detox Coaching immensely gratifying.
